風邪か・・・な。
夏の疲れもピークなのでしょうか。周りが夏風邪が多くて少し移ったかも。絶不調ですね。
鼻とのどが調子がおかしいです。
ひきたくないな〜。風邪はだいっきらいなんですが。薬飲みまくり鼻とのどを無理矢理押さえ込んでいます。
やっと、雨もあがって夕方の浜は秋のひんやりとした空気と潮風。
ちょっとほてった頭とのどが気持ちよいです。
海はうねりが入って胸から肩ぐらいのセットが入ってきています。頭を冷やしに入りたいのですが、
仕事が残っています。つらいな〜。
陽が沈む位置は方部の内側まで南に寄ってきました。夕方の虫の声も少し静かになってきたのかな。
